The Regulators is a new band that explores the barriers of free music inside funky grooves.  This group was started as an extension of Brian O'hern's Model Citizens Big Band.  The rhythm section of the Model Citizens, Mike Allemana on guitar, Matt Ferguson on bass, and Gerald Dowd on drums have come together to explore new sounds, groove you to death, and regulate corporate finance.
